Early/Recent Collages

The following is a selection of works titled “Early and Recent Collages” completed from 2007 to the present. The works comprise of a number of mixed media pieces in gouache, oils, stone, lead, copper and modelling paste. The plasticity of the surfaces ,the random marks and textures created by the tools and scrapers illicit ideas and themes which readily describe my Egyptian experiences. The collages are worked on Arches watercolour paper and all works measure approx 50cm x65cm.
